Reorder Rows

Sequencing order of Provisions data may be reordered manually.

Reordered rows that hold a status of incomplete will, upon save, assume a new sequence number that will be automatically generated and that will correspond to where they are placed.

Reordered rows that hold a status of complete or that are distributed will be cancelled and added back as new. They will assume a new sequence number that corresponds with their placement. All data within the reordered rows will remain with the exception of effective dates and discontinue dates. The effective and discontinue dates will automatically become the effective date of the batch used to reorder the segments.

  1. On the Provisions Results grid, right-click and then click the Reorder option. The system will enter reorder mode.

  1. Click within the row to be moved (reordered) to select the row and then click the cell of the row that contains the row number. Hold the left button of your mouse down on the cell. Drag the cell to its new location and then let go of the mouse button (drag and drop).

  2. Click the Save button button. If you are not already active in a batch you will prompted to create a batch. For more information, see Create a Batch.
