Optional Services
Sequencing order of Provisions data may be reordered manually.
Services and concurrence data may not be reordered.
Reordered rows that hold a status of incomplete will, upon save, assume a new sequence number that will be automatically generated and that will correspond to where they are placed.
Reordered rows that hold a status of complete or that are distributed will be cancelled and added back as new. They will assume a new sequence number that corresponds with their placement. All data within the reordered rows will remain with the exception of effective dates and discontinue dates. The effective and discontinue dates will automatically become the effective date of the batch used to reorder the segments.
If the effective date of the reordered segment is later than the batch effective date and later than the current date (today) then the effective date will be retained.
