Copy/Paste

From the Services Results or Concurrence Results

1. Select one or more rows from the Results grid. Click the Row Actions menu located above the grid, click Copy Segment. Alternatively, you can right-click the row(s) and then click Copy Segment from the context menu.

2. Select a row where you would like to paste copied data. Click the Row Actions menu located above the grid, click Paste Before or Paste After. Alternatively, you can right-click the row where you wish to paste the copied data and then click Paste Before or Paste After.

   • You can only paste data within the same type of data from which it was copied.

3. The pasted data will appear exactly as it was copied. You must change something within each pasted row to avoid duplicate data.

4. Click . If you are not already active in a batch you will be prompted to create a batch. For more information, see Create a Batch.

From the Provisions Results

• Once a sequence has been distributed as Public it cannot be changed to become Private, nor can a Private sequence become Public.

From the Provisions—Results screen, you have the ability to:

• Copy a segment with security data or without security data:

• • You can select a mix of rows that have and do not have security data.

  • If you select to copy a segment with security data, all data for the segment will be copied and retained, not just the data displayed in the Results grid.

  • If you select to copy a segment without security data, the private, private distribution, and security table values of copied segments are not retained/copied.

• Paste before or after:

• • After copying a segment without security data, all copied data can be pasted except private, private distribution, and Security Table 193 values.

  • After copying a segment with security data, all copied data can be pasted including private, private distribution, Security Table 193 values.

1. Select one or more rows from the Results grid. Click the Row Actions menu located above the grid, click Copy Segment, and then click either With Security Data or Without Security Data. Alternatively, you can right-click the row(s) and then click Copy Segment from the context menu and then select either With Security Data or Without Security Data.

2. Select a row where you would like to paste copied data. Click the Row Actions menu located above the grid, click Paste Before or Paste After. Alternatively, you can right-click the row where you wish to paste the copied data and then click Paste Before or Paste After.

3. Make any necessary changes to the pasted data to avoid duplicates.

4. Click . If you are not already active in a batch you will be prompted to create a batch. For more information, see Create a Batch.
