Restore Incomplete Segments

Incomplete data within a batch may be restored, essentially deleting all content within a batch.

1. Click the Batch List tab.

2. Use the Filter fields to find the desired batch, right-click it, and then click Restore Incomplete Segments from the context menu.

• If the batch is locked the Restore Incomplete Segments option will be disabled. You must first unlock the batch before proceeding. For more information, see Unlock a Batch.

3. A dialog box will appear with a warning which indicates that all updates within the batch will be restored and the batch will be empty. To proceed, click the OK button.

4. Right-click the row of the batch and then click the Release option. An empty batch that is released will purge from the system within three days.
