Search for Provisions

To find existing provisions data, open the Provisions—Browse and Search screen by clicking the Provisions tab at the top of the screen.

The Provisions—Browse and Search screen has many data filtering options. However, searches can be quite simple. The only required fields are in the Basic Criteria group box; other fields on the screen are used to narrow results to specific search criteria.

To perform a simple search using only fields in the Basic Criteria group box, type a code in the Carrier field and then type or select filter criteria in at least one of the following fields (Group/Sub Group, Sub Code, Service Type) and then click the Get Data button button. The Provisions—Results screen will display found provisions data. To learn more about viewing provisions data, see View Provisions Results and View Detail Screen .

Entering search criteria in more than one field is considered an "AND" condition. This means the system will return all rows of data that matches all the specified data within a single sequence. Not all data displays on the Results View grid, so you may have to access Detail View to see the data you requested in the search

Click the button to clear all the Search fields and perform a new search.
