To enter carrier/flight information in the table:

Type a marketing carrier in the Marketing Carrier cell. This is a standard 2-character alphanumeric industry code for the airline. A marketing carrier is the carrier code that will appear on the flight coupon of the ticket (different from operating carrier for code share). The marketing carrier may be a primary and/or secondary carrier.
Type an operating carrier in the Operating Carrier cell. This is a standard 2-character alphanumeric industry code for the airline. Leaving this cell blank indicates any operating carrier. An operating carrier is the carrier actually providing flight service (for example, not necessarily shown on the ticket). For the purposes of Optional Services processing, when the service type is not related to a flight (for example, purchase of a kennel), then the operating carrier is the carrier providing the service. The operating carrier includes carriers with their own operating code that do not have their own flights, schedules, and fare structure.
Type a flight number in the Flight NBR 1 cell, or click the down-arrow icon in the cell to make a selection from the drop-down list. The flight number can be up to 4 alphanumeric characters. Selecting “****” from the drop-down list indicates “any flight”.
Type a flight number in the Flight NBR 2 cell. The flight number can be up to 4 alphanumeric characters.
