Select a record on the Provisions—Results
screen and click the
button. The Provisions Details
screen appears. Click the Details Continued
tab. In the Ticketed Fare group
box, click the Carrier/Fare Class Table
field label to access the Carrier Fare Class Table dialog box. (The Carrier
Fare Class Table can also be displayed by clicking Table
Lookup and then clicking on the table name).
Type a valid table number in the Table
Number field and click the
button to display
data in the table.
To enter carrier fare class information in the table:
Click an empty row in the table.
Type a carrier code in the Carrier cell. This is a 2-character alphanumeric carrier-defined code for the airline.
Type a fare class or fare family in the Fare Class cell. The cell allows up to 16 alphanumeric characters. To indicate a fare family, you may type a single dash (-), multiple ampersands (&), or exclamation points.
In
the Fare Type cell, click
the Lookup
icon. The Fare Types dialog box appears. Select a fare type from this
dialog box. (See the Help
List for Fare Types topic for further information.)
Click the
button. If the table was requested by clicking in the Carrier/Fare
Class Table field, the pop-up dialog will close and the table
number will be inserted into the Carrier/Fare
Class Table field. If the table was requested from the Table Lookup tool, the table will
be saved, but the table number will not be inserted into any sequence.
The pop-up will remain on the screen so that the table number
can be noted. To close the pop-up, click the
button or the X (Close) button
on the top of the dialog.
Click the
button to undo any selections or changes in this dialog box.
Click the row for which you wish to make changes.
Make the necessary changes and click
the
button. If the table
was requested by clicking in the Carrier/Fare
Class Table field, the pop-up dialog will close and the table
number will be inserted into the Carrier/Fare
Class Table field. If the table was requested from the Table Lookup tool, the table will
be saved, but the table number will not be inserted into any sequence.
The pop-up will remain on the screen so that the table number can
be noted. To close the pop-up window, click the
button or the X (Close) button
on the top of the dialog.
Click the
button to copy a selected
row and paste it below that row. Two rows cannot have the exact same data;
therefore, you will need to change the newly pasted row so that its data
is unique. If you attempt to click the
button with
two rows that are exactly the same, the program displays a message stating
that "duplicate entries were found."
Click the
button to insert a new row
in the table below the row you have selected (highlighted).
Click the
button to delete a selected
row. Click the
button to delete all the data in the table.
