Scheduled ATPCO system outage on 17-18 May 2025 will be extended.
The regularly scheduled system outage on the weekend of 17-18 May 2025 will be extended by approximately four hours. It will begin on 17 May 2025 at 19:00 EDT and will end at 06:00 EDT (or earlier) on 18 May 2025. This extension is required to complete a planned data center infrastructure upgrade. All ATPCO FareManager applications and APIs except Routehappy APIs and the ACH SMART Application will be out of service and unavailable during this time. Subscription transmissions normally scheduled for 06:00 EDT on 18 May 2025 will run on time as planned.
