The regularly scheduled system outage on the weekend of 19-20 October 2024 will be extended by approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. It will begin on 19 October at 1900 US EDT and will end at 0330 US EDT (or earlier) on 20 October.
All ATPCO FareManager applications and some APIs will be out of service and unavailable during this time. Routehappy APIs and the ACH SMART Application will be available.
ATPCO will be performing scheduled maintenance on our customer support portal on Saturday, 12 October between the hours of 10:00 - 14:00 EDT. During this time, you may continue to use the portal to submit tickets. If you encounter any issues after the maintenance, please submit an incident.
