Viewing the Consent Table

From the Consent Table, you can view permission levels for the RBD, Fare Class or Sub Code data tables. The display is a list of carriers that have received permission from the fare owner to be mentioned in their RBD, Fare Class or Sub Code tables. Carriers can view and update only their own Consent Table data. ATPCO users can specify any carrier to view and update data. The user ID of the last user to update the table is displayed at the top of the Consent Table dialog box.

The Consent Table displays data in alphabetical order by carrier.

To view the Consent Table, follow these instructions:

  1. Click the Consent Table option on the Optional Services menu located at the top of the application's window (see image below). Consent Table dialog box appears.

  1. In the Fare Owner field, type a valid 2-position alphanumeric carrier code, or click the Fare Owner field label to access the Help List for Fare Owner dialog box. Use this Help List to select a valid fare owner code. Type part of the code in the Find field, select Code from the drop-down list, and click the Find button button. Alternatively, you can type part of the fare owner's description in the Find field, select Description from the drop-down list, and click the Find button button. Once the system returns and displays results in the table, click the fare owner and then click the Add Selected button button. Your selection is then displayed in the Fare Owner field on the Consent dialog box.

  2. Click the View button button to populate the table on the Consent dialog box. The resulting list will display a list of carriers to who have received permission from the fare owner to mention the fare owner in the carrier’s RBD, Resulting Fare Class or Sub Code data tables. For example, if the fare owner is carrier XX and carrier ZZ appears in the list with the RBD check box populated, carrier XX has given permission to carrier ZZ to specify XX in ZZ’s RBD table.
