The Travel Date table allows you to use multiple travel dates for a row of Provisions data.
The First and Last date fields on the Provisions-Results grid may not be used in conjunction with a Travel Date table.
In the Travel>Table
cell on the Results grid (Provisions tab), click the Lookup
icon.
The Travel Date Table appears.
When using Details view, click the Travel Date Table link, which is in the Travel group box.
Type a valid table number in the Table
Number field and click the
button to display
data in the table.
Valid date formats include:
DDMMMYY (for example, 29JAN22)
DDMMM (for example, 29JAN) - This will make dates applicable every year, perpetually.
MMM (for example, JAN) - This will be interpreted as the first day of the month when used in the First field and as the last day of the month when used in the Last field.
_ _MMMYY (for example, _ _JAN22) - This will be interpreted as the first day of the month when used in the First field and as the last day of the month when used in the Last field.
Past-dates may be used in the First field.

button with
two rows that are exactly the same, the program displays a message stating
that "duplicate entries were found."
